You will need a VPS!
The cheapest and most reliable VPS I’ve found so far is the Stardust instance from Scaleway, these instances are only available in the Paris and Amsterdam data centers – currently there is stock in Amsterdam but not in Paris. A months hosting for an instance with 1 AMD EPYC vCPU, 1 GB of Memory and 10GB of NVME storage costs €0.0025/Hour. That comes to around €2.27 p/m. Not bad!
But there are of course many more VPS hosts, Lowendbox is a good place to hang out if you want to find out what others think of a service from a particular host.
